Vehicle goes into "limp" mode while on highway losing the ability to control the acceleration. The van has to coast to a stop, turn off the engine, then restart. The throttle body was replaced twice (3/2/21 and 11/21/22). This causes a major safety risk for the driver, passenger and all other drivers on the road. Losing control of the vehicle mechanically without warning and in such a sporadic fashion is unacceptable at this age and mileage. 170,245 miles & 219,118 miles.

Right side brake lights and directional are not working. They don't work at all in any situation. Could be the BCM module. This might be the recall number 17S34

Electrical, wiring harness corroded and shorted out dashboard indicators. Van was purchased 10/26/2016 looked at different web sites saying there is a recall but Ford is saying that it does not pertain to this van, the description on the web site is the same as dealer repaired.the wiring harness repaired was in the drivers footwell, in the recall notice posted it said the wiring harness should be replaced not repaired and that a drainage hole be made in the footwell plus installation of a fuse to prevent fires. None of that was done.
