The contact owns a 2022 Ford Transit. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the side view cameras became inoperable and were displaying a black screen. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and was repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V598000 (Back Over Prevention) however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.
