ONCE AGAIN THE REAR BRAKES WORE OUT, RIGHT SIDE COMPLETELY. TRIED TO GET A APPOINTMENT FOR A DEALER TO FIX AND DRIVE MY VAN WITH THE WORN REAR BRAKES.

THE IRONY HERE IS WHEN I HAD MY VAN IN FOR THE FUEL RELAY REPAIR I ASKED THE SERVICE ADVISOR TO CHECK THE BRAKES. AT THAT POINT THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE, SOMETIMES HARD WITH LITTLE TRAVEL OTHER STOPS IT WAS SOFT AND COULD BE PUSHED ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR. OTHER TIMES I NEEDED TO PUMP THE PEDAL A FEW TIMES THEN IT WOULD BE HARD AGAIN. ONE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT I WAS APPROACHING A RED LIGHT WHEN I STEPPED ON THE BRAKES I HEARD A LOUD POP FROM THE RIGHT REAR AND LOST ALL BRAKES. I TOOK THE VAN TO MIDAS SINCE IT WAS CLOSEST SHOP. THEY REPLACED BOTH ROTORS AND RIGHT SIDE CALIPERS AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO INSTALL NEW AXLE SEALS. THIS TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM MUST BE AN ISSUE, MY REAR TIRES ARE WEARING FASTER THAN THE FRONTS AND MY RIGHT REAR BRAKE PADS KEEP WEARING FASTER THAN THE OTHERS. I MISS MY OLD DODGE AND CHEVY VANS.
