The contact owns a 2014 Ford Transit Connect. The contact stated while driving 45-55 MPH, the engine overheated. The message -??Pullover - Engine Temperature High-?? was displayed. The contact pulled over and noticed that the coolant level was low. The contact added coolant to the reservoir. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 17V209000 (Engine and Engine Cooling). The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 106,000.
