Today I opened the tailgate of my 2015 Ford Transit Connect, got something out, closed tailgate. I drove the vehicle to the store, exited the vehicle, locked remotely. Shopped. Drove vehicle to the front of the store for loading of items purchased. Walked to rear of vehicle to open tailgate, and tailgate would not open. I tried the locking devices on the driver's door, restarted car, turned off engine, etc. Darn thing won't unlock or open. Hrumpf!
