Transit Connect

The contact owns a 2016 Ford Transit connect. The contact stated that the front driver's side and passenger's side seat brackets fractured causing the seats to become unsecure. The cause of the failures were not yet determined. The local dealer cavalier Ford of chesapeake square located at 4021 portsmouth blvd, chesapeake, va 23321 and the manufacturer were notified of the failure however, no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 50,000.
