The contact owns a 1995 Ford Windstar. The contact stated that an abnormal banging was heard from the vehicle while driving at various speeds. The vehicle was taken to an independent repair shop where the contact was told that the frame was completely rusted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified but offered no assistance. The failure and current mileages were 150,000.
