Windstar 3.8L

I am just looking for a diagnosis of this problem( intake gaskets or timing cover gasket) to fix it the first time.

Update from Jan 25, 2011: I found the problem to be the intake manifold gaskets.They are made of plastic and rubber and when the plastic breaks they start to leak.
