Heater box door, plastic" locked in A/C mode no heat or defrost capability. Dealer said needs to replace box to fix little door - plenum " blend door / $1000 need defrost mechanism in new england for cold weather. Failure on highway a disaster waiting to kill someone.

Heater blower will turn on and off by itself. When controls are off blower will come on, and sometimes will stay on for a while. Consumer has to turn blower off and on to shut off. This happens intermittently. Contacted dealer, and dealer was unable to duplicate problem.
