Windstar LX 3.8L

2003 windstar rack and pinion leaking, replaced with a remanufactured unit. $360.00 with labor. next day leaking again. I suspect high pressure hose valve faulty or not installed. This valve maintains specific pressure in rack and because of this avoids rack tube seal brackage.
