My car has 67000 miles on it come to find out GM sold these cars with faulty timing chains in them instead of fixing all of the faulty chains they gave a crappy warranty that would not cover until it went out or until the car was 10 years old. well here i sit, they put a sh*t part in my car and at 67000 miles my car is done. Horrible terrible customer service gave me the run around for 2 weeks and never had any intention of helping me. They put a bad part in my car and will not repair it. knowingly terrible company. never buy a car from GM unless you are or you are married to a good mechanic.

This is the 4th and last GM that I have owned. Known timing chain defect presented itself at 120,000km. Repairs exceed value of vehicle.
GM Canada and Dealer explained that it will not be covered. They basically say that I should not have expected more from a vehicle of this age, despite the low km's. Absolute worst customer experience I have ever had.
