The contact owns a 2007 GMC Acadia. The contact stated that after her vehicle was serviced, she was informed that her steering rack and opinion needed to be replaced. They advised her that it was due to insufficient grease. The manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 45,000.
