I BOUGHT THIS CAR FOR THE NAVIGATION/DVD PLAYER AND ELECTRICAL UPGRADES. GPS ERROR ALL OF A SUDDEN, DVD ERROR JUST ALL OF A SUDDEN! RADIO STILL WORKS CURRENTLY, BUT I IMAGINE THAT WILL GO TOO FOR NO REASON AT ALL.

I bought this car because my daughter loved all the features it came with. I was in the market for a Ford Explore at the time. I chose this vehicle for her and her only. Shortly after I bought the vehicle, recalls stared to come up. Next thing I know the whole sound system went out and 2 years later still does. We will be watching a movie or listening to music and the sound goes out. I contacted GMC and of course did not get anywhere unless I want to spend over $1,000 out of my pocket. I promise the whole world this is my last GMC auto this family will ever own. Keep up the great work GMC (NOT)

I don't know about you GMC Acadia owners but me and my brother have the same issue - the radio. Needless to say he put 1200.00 into it thinking he needed a new radio but the problem reoccurred shortly after once it rained. The plugs in the door get full of water and kicks the radio system out and the speakers just shut down until they dry out not to mention this is after you unplug them and dump the water out of the plugs its very annoying.
I looked to see if their is any recalls on them and I didn't see any but it surely need to be looked into its not good for electric and water to be mixing that is an accident waiting to happen. GMC - get your sh*t together. The trucks look great - but buyers be aware of this issue.
