The contact owns a 2011 GMC Acadia. The contact stated that a heavy metal noise was heard while driving in heavy traffic. The vehicle was towed to the dealer (jim ellis Buick GMC atlanta, 5862 peachtree blvd, atlanta, ga 30341, (888) 472-9035) where it was diagnosed that the drive train bolt fractured. The contact stated that the vehicle was at the dealer awaiting repairs. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 125,000. The VIN was not available.
