We were about 2 hours away from home when it broke down. I stopped to get gas and after filling up it fired up as usual then just died. After that, absolutely nothing would happen when I turned the key. I had to have it towed to a local shop where they had to replace my starter and battery but it still wouldn't work right so I had it towed again to the local GM dealership. They have had it for about 4 months now and have been waiting for a new ECM from GM who does not have any in stock and won't any time soon. I've been looking online and have found a refurbished ECM that will hopefully work.
