Noticed last week my daytime running light went out and looked closer at it this weekend and noticed the light had literally melted. Not looking forward to having to go through the dealer to get this fixed as obviously it is a whole new headlight and all that time without having this vehicle. Recall after recall one issue after another and this to deal with too... So much for GM quality!

O.K. Three strikes and you're out. Driving home from the dealership after picking up the Acadia which just had the passenger side daytime running light wiring fixed because it had melted, the driver side went out....GUESS WHAT? It melted too. Same day the other one was fixed! GMC needs to recall this issue. The extended warranty I paid for should not have to cover this (I want my $50 deductible refunded). I know there are also issues related to low beam and I have experienced high beams do not always come on. This SUV has electrical issues. No doubt about it. So, GMC.....FIX IT on your dime, not mine!

2nd failure of driving light housing...Cost OVER $2,200 to fix the first melt-down....one year later, exact same thing happens again.. This is total BS!!. You would think the dealer would have a fix, but NO, they just sell you a new one, and tell you there is nothing they can do about it.....TOTAL CRAP!!
