The contact leased a 2011 GMC Acadia. While the contact was driving between approximately 10-15 mph on the entrance ramp, the accelerator pedal was engaged, followed by a delayed response of several seconds. The failure was a continuous occurrence. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis where they informed that the transmission delayed response was a manufacturer design. The failure mileage was 30.
