I was inside the vehicle, hubby got out to go into the store and he took the keys and locked the door. It was hot out so I wanted to get out, I couldn't unlock my passenger door , I reached over to the drivers side same thing. DOORS would not unlock. I waited in the heat in a hot car, until hubby came back. I made him sit in the car, did the same, got out took the keys, locked the doors and he could not get out!!!!!
We took our young granddaughters on vacation last year, made them a bed in the back of the SUV and someone heard them screaming. We unlocked the doors they were upset . We at that time did not realize that they also could not unlock the doors while locked from the outside.
What the Hell?! This is a Major Safety Hazard. What if the vehicle had caught on fire, or you see someone in a vehicle heading your way and you can't get out... Let's all hope this does not happen ever.
