Air conditioner blower speed decreases when brakes are applied and engine speed decreases. Air conditioner recirculate button spontaneously cuts off. Rear air conditioner blower speed drops when brakes are applied and engine speed decreases and then completely stops blowing despite rear A/C control remaining in the on position. Rear A/C button must be turned off, then turned back on to restart blower. Voltage meter shows a drop in voltage when brakes are applied and engine speed decreases.
