Acadia Denali

  • Automatic transmission
  • 96,000 miles

After getting my car back after two fixes for the bank one and two sensors and then again after catalytic converter, I go to turn on the AC on a hot day and that too doesn't work! By the time I'm finished making all the repairs I could have bought a brand new car!

Acadia Denali 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 28,000 miles

The evaporator leaked at 28000 which I believe is an infant mortality since the part is not a moving part. We live in central Ohio where we use the air conditioner only 5 months at most. Service advisor told me that they replaced 8 evaporators the same day I was there. If that particular part is not substandard, I don't know what GM thinks about it. I suspect that my dealer is not giving feedback to the manufacturer since this is a goldmine for them.

Acadia SLT 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 6,700 miles

We bought the Acadia brand new and in less than a year the A/C went out. It started to blow hot air so we took it in and they said there was a leak. They added dye and found the leak and repaired it. Everything was covered under the manufacturer warranty.
