The contact owns a 2015 GMC Acadia. The contact stated that the rear driver's seat did not lock and slid back and forth. The failure began in June of 2019. The vehicle was taken to feldman Chevrolet of lansing (2801 E Michigan ave, lansing, mi 48912) where it was diagnosed that the seat track needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000.
