The contact owns a 2016 GMC Acadia. The contact stated that the front passenger window was inoperable. The contact mentioned that the window was not able to be controlled from the driver's side door panel. The vehicle was taken to poage Chevrolet (851 w pearce blvd, wentzville, mo 63385, (636) 327-6268) where the driver's side window control was replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 33,000.
