The dealer had stopped making notes on the invoice about the part not being there over a week before the vehicle was completed. Vehicle was not done the next day until almost closing time. GMC was about to buyback the vehicle under a lemon law and decided they wouldn't at the last minute! Took weeks and weeks to escalate the issue.
