The contact owns a 2006 GMC Canyon. The contact stated that while driving approximately 30 mph, the driver crashed into the front passenger door of another vehicle that failed to yield right-of-way. The contact stated that the air bags failed to deploy and the driver sustained injuries to the head and arms. The police department was called to the scene to assist and a police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed. The vehicle had not been inspected to diagnose the air bag failure. The failure and current mileage was 25,000.
