Continued electrical problems with 2002 GMC Envoy. Such as on-star telephone along with radio/cd player, all four doors failing to lock or open including the back hatch. Service air bag light and engine check lights coming on. Reprogram engine/transmission module, also telephone antenna replaced, short in wiring located due to rubbing/pinching during construction, replaced wiring harness. Hundreds of dollars required to identify short in wiring. Transmission operates sluggish until warmed-up vehicle feels as if the brakes are on until it has moved several blocks.

While driving 20 mph consumer's vehicle collided with the vehicle in front. Upon impact, both frontal air bags failed to deploy. Driver to sustained minor injuries, and was transported to a hospital. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for inspection.

After being struck head on by a semi trailer at 40 mph air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was totaled.

When consumer's vehicle was hit in the front and rear at 40 mph the front air bags did not deploy. Consumer an dpassenger sustained injuries. Vehicle was towed. Then, dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem.

While driving 55 mph driver applied the brakes to slow down the speed and consumer lost control, causing the vehicle to hit a guard rail and roll over three times. Vehicle landed upside down. Upon impact, the airbag did not deploy, and seat belt did not hold the passenger.

While driving 30 mph, the consumer was involved in an eight vehicle pile up. Upon impact, the air bags did not deploy. As a result, the driver sustained severe back and leg injuries.

The consumer was not notified by GMC about the recall for the air bag 02 V 222 000 and mechanical over ride 03 V 075 000, although the recall applied to the vehicle identification number.

Consumer collided in the rear of a tractor trailer travelling approximately 60-70mph. Both the driver and passenger air bags did not deploy.

Vehicle was involved in frontal collision with point of impact just a little left of the center bumper. Front end, including frame was totalled. Upon impact, neither air bags deployed.
