  1. Arm rest floats up if there's nothing to hold it down

    2. interior storage compartment is not firmly secure. The slightest pressure causes it to rock. The first thing I have to say to riders before saying "hello" is...."don't touch my armrest compartment AT ALL". This has caused attitude problems but that's not my problem.
