While accelerating headlights will periodically dim and brighten without warning.

The headlights and dashlights flicker from bright to dim while driving and when braking. It's a dangerous situation to have other drivers as well as myself distracted by the constant flickering, but research seems to indicate that there is no fix for the problem and an overall lack of concern from GMC.

2004 GMC Envoy, headlights flickered while driving. Oncoming traffic thought I was flashing at them, causing them to pull over or flash me back, safety hazard. Took car twice to dealership, but they failed to find the cause of the problem. E found on online forums where many people have similar problem with no answers.

Headlights did not work, just fog and high beams, took to dealer to fix, spent $500 and after I picked it up, same thing happened again, within a week, plus I received a ticket and points for driving without headlights. Took back to have fixed again, and they tried charging me another $200 saying it was something else un-related. Turned on engine, and it didn't sound quite right, ended up stalling about 4 times, on way home, ended up calling them to have car towed back to dealership. They claim it was nothing they did, however, it still stalls for no apparent reason, untl this day. Never know when it could happen, very dangerous, and I am in sales and drive for a living.
