I got a real bad deal with these people.. I did a trade in not understanding that it was not a real trade in. They just took what was left on the car i had and added it to the new (used car i got. plus. I thought i was getting an extended warranty and my whole car would be covered. A few days i went back and talk to the guy who sold it to me... Ben told him about the wheels feeling like they were slack. He said "oh it's nothing". A few months later i take the car back and this person no longer works there and the extended warranty i got is no good. They told me to take my car to gmc.. But i didn't my my car at gmc. Rotors are not covered. I was told the tires had been covered, but they didn't bother to tell me that the coverage ended before i got the car. They stole from me, lied to me and now i am left to foot the bill. I have fear when i drive this car. I have had it for a year. I took it to a tire place and they think the tires are spinning. I got coverage believing that what ever would go wrong with this car could and would be covered but that was a lie too. I believe they knew when i had the car serviced there, the shop guy came out and said i needed my tires rotated. I asked him to do it. In 2 minutes he came back and i asked if it had been done. He just looked at me and I said.. "No" I knew then something was not right.
