The dealer replaced the lamp housing pigtail and bulb and the lights filled up with water in the next winter storm. They did not have any other solution other than throwing money (my money) at the problem. They mentioned another GM vehicle, the Pontiac Grand Am, that had the same problem.
This is the only chronic problem we have had with this vehicle. It has been very reliable.
