Envoy XL 4WD

  • Automatic transmission
  • 56,000 miles
After having several problems with my 2003 GMC Envoy XL such as broken window, 4 wd broken, and many other problems I noticed a humming noise. Took it into the dealership to be serviced along with a bad switch in the driver's side door panel and was told the front differential is bad. It is being fixed now, but was told by several other mechanics that this sort of thing shouldn't happen to a new car and generally the differential should last the lifetime of the vehicle.
