THIS ISSUE HAS OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES AND IT SEEMS ALWAYS IN THE WINTER COLD. ESPECIALLY ANNOYING WHEN DRIVING IN MULTIPLE VARYING SPEED LIMIT ZONES.
