Rear high mounted light malfunctioned. Consumer has to pay $95 to have entire high mounted light replaced. Bulbs cannot be replaced due design of the high mounted light. Consumer stated closer inspection of the lens revealed moisture inside of the lens, it appeared that the seal failed in the past year.
