Consumer was involved in a four car pile-up. Consumer was the fourth car in the pile-up, she was driving approx. 55-60 mph when she skidded about 25 feet and crashed into the back of car and the air bag did not deploy. Consumer was injured. Consumer stated seat belt snapped and she hit steering wheel, consumer sustained injuries due to accident.
