Upon applying brakes there was a grinding noise and vehicle would not stop. Consumer had to pull into another lane to avoid hitting another car. Cause unknown.

Consumer has had to replace brake pads and rotors several times. Vehicle checked by dealer, who advised consumer that rotors were defective and being warped. Consumer very concerned about brake effectiveness while driving vehicle.
