When opening sliding door it fell completely off from the track, falling onto the ground. Consumer has contacted dealer, dealer determined that it happend due to the rollers wore out.

The glue that holds the door hinge to the body of the van on the passenger's came apart. Dealer is aware of the situtation, and refuses to correct the problem.
