Consumer states the brake pads have been replaced 4 times and the rotorswere reusrfaced twice, also the rear brakes were adjusted, this work was performed on 4 occasions due to a metal sound being heard and the vehicle being hard to stop.

Consumer states pulled into parking lot. When depressed brake pedal vehicle surged forward and hit a tree. Consumer also advised that previously while driving, applied brakes and vehicle coasted through a stop sign narrowly avoiding a collision.
