The rear passenger's seat belt buckle will not release. The dealer indicated that the vehicle is no longer under warranty.

Rear seatbelt locking mechanism doesn't work, it is useless. Also, rearview mirror shakes when driving, driver cant't see what is behind him. Rear seat belts are not of the same design, will not buckle for proper use.
