When braking the brake pedal went to the floor. The driver had to pump the brake pedal to stop the vehicle. The vehicle did not keep brake fluid in the reservoir tank and the fluid had run out on the tires, there was pulling and the inside of the right front tires were ruined from the brake fluid. When the pulling was felt a noise would be present.
