Second chip and flaking in less than 6 months... Between my wife and I, we have leased 5 new vehicles in the last 10 years. We have never seen, nor have had any paint come off and flake of our front bumpers like this. Rock chips are acceptable, and the paint on all of our previous vehicles have been able to withstand a knock here and there.

I got this vehicle new, and its 6 months old, and now has two bubble like chips, the size of a penny, and are already flaking away on the front bumper... It seems to me that the paint and clear coat have poor adhesion to the number!
