Anti lock brake sensor corrosion causes low speed braking failure. Driving at less than 5 mph was terrifying. Almost hitting pedestrians at a crosswalk, rolling into an intersection, and almost hitting a stopped car in front of me. I took the truck to the dealer and they verified the corroded sensors. This was a recalled issue already complied with. No help from GM. They said the burden was mine.

The contact called the manufacturer and referenced recall 05V379000, service brakes, hydraulic:anti lock and was advised that the recall repair had already been performed on the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 73,100 and the current mileage was 73,330.
