My catalytic converters failed once under warranty around 79000 miles and again around 110000. I paid for the second. I am having trouble again at 117000 miles and come to find out the problem is due to a leaking intake manifold gasket. This is allowing coolant to find its way into the exhaust destroying the quite expensive parts.
