The contact owns a 2006 GMC Sierra. While driving approximately 45 mph, the contact noticed a burning odor. She then noticed that the blower motor on the wiring harness melted, causing the vehicle to smoke. The contact called the dealer who offered no assistance. The contact did not inform the manufacture. The vehicle was not repaired. The current mileage was approximately 68,000. The failure mileage was approximately 67,800. The VIN was unavailable.
