Wipers will just barely move when turned on. I put new motor and new switch but neither fixed the problem. I found it was the wiper transmission (linkage) was froze up, rusted and has water in it. Ordered one from dorman and there is none in stock. Cannot find one anywhere. This should not happen on a 2010 vehicle.
