Sierra 1500 SLE 5.2L V8

I have had a vibration/shake/oscillation (whatever you want to call it) develop over the course of 20,000 miles that I have put on since brand new. It's been back to the dealer now 3 times and a 4th next week with no real fix. By the way, it's a 2010 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew, 5.3 L V8 with the Z71 pkg. They have balanced the wheels (twice), replaced the rear drive shaft carrier (they called it) plus the rear wheel bearings. This is important: The service manager after replacing the rear drive shaft carrier mentioned to me that GM Engineering was aware of the problem (they had been in contact with GM regarding my vehicle) and the rear drive shaft replacement should take care of it (It did NOT).

According to the service manager (that took it home for testing last week) everything's fine and "the way it rides now is normal for GMC pickups and he didn't feel anything out of the ordinary except some vibration due to the road itself, he's driven hundreds of GMC's since he was 16". This weekend (after the unseen repairs took place, including an alignment that I had to pay for because GM warranty doesn't cover it) I took it on some very smooth blacktop and concrete highway roads (totaling about 140 miles +), unfortunately still feel the same oscillation/shaking/vibration inside the cab which is transmitted to the seat, center console, floor, armrests, steering wheel.

I am taking it back to the dealer which has done what I've described above to have the off-centered steering wheel re-centered, how does no one notice that after I mentioned it to multiple people there and they charge me for an alignment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention I've been in there multiple times and they have had my vehicle in the shop for 10 total days so far (over the course of the last two months), you'd think they'd be a bit more careful. The service manager at this dealer has basically stonewalled me at this point. It's extremely annoying!!!!!!! I'm getting extremely frustrated at this point. Not sure what direction I want to take this in now however for a $40,000 vehicle they'd better do something. Any tips?? Anyone experience a similar problem? Any real resolutions?
