The contact owns a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 equipped with Michelin latitude tour hp tires, size: P275/60R20 (na). While the contact was washing the vehicle, he noticed that the tire threads were separating without warning. The vehicle was taken to belle tire (39999 van dyke ave, sterling heights, mi 48313, (586) 541-1130) where it was diagnosed that the tires had premature wear and needed to be replaced. The tires were not replaced. The tire manufacturer was not contacted. The vehicle failure mileage was approximately 65,000 and the tire failure mileage was 22,000. The VIN was unknown.
