The vehicle always has a smell of dampness after a rain. Somehow water is getting into the vehicle. I have replaced the seal around the third-brake light which was thought to be the culprit, but no fix. The rear seat metal has rust on them from the damp. The driver's seat creaks when making turns. It is like it about to come apart. There should be a recall on this. People could get hurt if it happens. Le under the vehicle, I noticed that a body-mount is missing under the driver's side. This could be the reasons for the creaking. I am not sure!

I purchased a GMC Sierra 2015 regular cab from your company representative, aljomaih automotive company in the kingdom of saudi arabia. However, after a few months, I discovered that the vehicle had several defects, and it exposes its users to serious threat. After that, ministry of commerce in kingdom of saudi arabia has made several callsfor users of the same vehicle that they have to check with the representativeto fix the defect for free. However, the representative temporized and evaded, then I had to file a lawsuit against aljomaih automotive company, General Motors’'s representative in the kingdom of saudi arabia. The court ordered the experts' department to checkthe vehicle by five specialized workshops, and reports were issued unanimously on the following: "the defect in the mentioned vehicle is a factory defect, which was found in all vehicles of the same type and not only the mentioned vehicle". also, I have submitted report to the court from the General Motors website proving that the mentioned vehicle is faulty with three other defects. As well as, all six calls were issued by the ministry of commerce, including the mentioned vehicle, with the chassis number.

When I press on the brakes, it feels as though the master cylinder is gone and it is the manual type drum brakes that has air in the line. It takes everything I have to press them and pray it stops!! the vehicle is always in motion when detecting this problem and seems to occur more repeatedly if the brakes are pump quickly in succession before applying brakes or when the brakes are pressed for an extended amount of time then you release and repress it want stop. Another issue is my lane id warning. When turned on at the button, it just beeps at me and shows service light. When I first took it in with the problem, the dealership called me and said all fixed, but it did it before I left the parking lot. They had my truck all day for the issue, put me out of a vehicle and then said they would need for extended time to repair but didn't know there was problem. How do you make that determination when you told me its repaired. I just turned it off and haven't used in 2 years.

My driver's seat became loose approximately 2 weeks ago (7/17/17). It has become progressively worse, to the point where I can feel my seat shifting when I turn or accelerate. I am worried that in the event of a wreck, my seat may become a projectile. I took my truck into the dealership in waco, tx on 7/31/17, and the dealership has stated (today, 8/1/17) that this condition is not covered by any warranty program, which I find disappointing and frustrating. I have read multiple reports of this same condition in GM trucks from 2014 - 2015 year models.

Over the summer the drivers seat in my truck started making a clicking sound and felt like the base was shifting, almost like a bolt was coming loose and the base was sliding on the threads. I took it to the dealer and described what was happening, they drove it and decided that they needed to install a shim kit to repair the problem. They installed the kit and now a few months later it is starting to do it again. How safe is it to have shims under the seat to tighten things up when that seat is what it supposed to hold you in the vehicle in the case of a collision. I am taking it back to my dealer to have them re-repair it but are shims even safe under the seat or is this just gms money saving solution to get consumers off their back while putting their safety at risk?

This complaint is in regard to NHTSA campaign 16V209000 in regard to a seatbelt recall on 2014/15 GMC Sierra. GM has proposed 2 solutions: One for new unsold vehicles which leaves a seamless repair and the other for used vehicles that leaves the seat visibly damaged. This visible damage has led to owners not having their vehicles serviced and opting out of this recall. You can find examples and evidence of these owners here: www.GM-trucks.com/forums/topic/189628-seat-belt-recall/ www.GM-trucks.com/forums/topic/190371-happy-with-your-seatbelt-recall-fix/ the only reason that GM proposed to solutions is to save a few bucks at the expense of their customers. This is now leading to a potentially dangerous scenarios for GMC owners and others on the highway. This needs to be investigated and GM needs to answer why they proposed a cheaper less effective solution which leave visible damage to the vehicle for current owners.

Rear seat headrests too low to be safe and effective in crash. They are both too small and to not stay locked in the far up position. Vehicle has been to the dealership multiple times for issue to be reviewed. At this time dealership claims headrest function is normal.

The contact owns a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. While driving 25 mph, the electrical functions for the driver seat failed and allowed the seat to move forward. The failure caused the contact to become wedged between the steering wheel and the seat. The failure occurred several times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 3,200.
