The contact owns a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. While driving 10 mph, the vehicle stalled and completely lost power. The vehicle was taken to joe basil Chevrolet (5111 transit rd, depew, NY 14043, (716) 683-6800) where the contact was informed that a negative battery cable needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the dealer was not sure if it would remedy the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 29,597.
