Sierra 1500 SLE V8

Vibration/shaking issues not fixed. Vibration in steering wheel hurting my hands. Brought to the shop 4 times. Supervisor is saying it's the road I'm driving on. Truck is in gmc spects. Can't do nothing more to help me. I just want my truck fixed!
