The contact owns a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated that the air conditioner did not cool without warning. The vehicle was taken to the king Cadillac dealer, located at: 1700 w evans St, florence, SC 29501 where it was diagnosed that the condenser needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 50,000.
