I have owned this vehicle since October 4,2019. I Like the Truck. On May22, 2020 I went to a Flower shop in nearby town and when I was leaving I backed out of the parking area and shifted to drive. The steering would not respond at all. The service power steering alert came across the screen then a message for a failed ECU. I turned the ignition off and restarted the engine about three times. and the same thing "NO Steering" I called the Dealer which was only 4.3 miles away. I was told that I had to call Roadside Assistance.

I called and in a little while a towing company called me from another county and told me he could be there in about 45 minutes. When the Tow Truck arrived the driver lowered the bed on the roll back and then cranked the truck. The steering was working again. He ask if I wanted to drive the truck to the Dealership and I told him absolutely not. We arrived at the Dealership the Service Writer Logan was very nice and had me a loaner car to drive. I went to the Salesperson that sold it to me and told him I have concerns that these trucks are safe and I am afraid to risk driving it any longer. The truck is at the Dealership now.
